We also offer advanced features such as support for multiple devices, call reporting, integrated music on-hold with messaging on-hold, and much, much more. All included in one flat rate.

Music on hold- Create custom music on hold with or without messaging on-hold.

Custom call rules per user- Sometimes called find-me follow-me

Custom parks- Define call parks that works for your company

Voicemail- Customized greetings, with support for text to voice as well as voice to text

Conference calls- Support in call ‘ad-hoc’ conferencing as well as conference bridge.

Permissions driven- Define different roles and define what they can do.
